Linux Phone

anybody know anything about this or other iPhone like embeded devices:

I was looking around for a phone that would work on the rogers network
(this one will) and the other requirements are

-wifi BG enabled
-ssh client +- rdp desktop
-not be to big and clunky

640x480 is good resolution on this device.

I was also looking at the UBUNTU MID and wondering if this could be made
to run on a phone?
