CRA's servers are actually going down under load this evening, so paper
may be the ticket. The help desk said "The load is really high this
evening, and two of the servers are down. T1 netfile deadlines are being
extended." GST netfile is down too, but no extensions there, apparently.
  Of course as a self-employed type, you still have about 6 weeks, don't
