I removed the restriction lines completely to ensure they weren't the problem.
However ask and ye shall receive - it just decided to start working,
this time after about 20 minutes.

I know with the shorter server list (five), I had left it for more
than 20 minutes (days even). I don't think I ever went past 15
minutes with this longerserver list (nine).
