Has anyone tried to share a cat5e cable with POTS and ethernet?
I know 100Mbps wouldn't work at all. However I wonder if 10Mbps HD
could survive off hook and ring voltage? I'm looking for enough
reliability to surf the tubes. I know its not a good idea, but now I
want to know if it would work...
Anyone try it? I've seen may people split the pairs of cat5e to run
two ethernet connections, but never POTS.
