Er, member I mean...
I just got this OLPC xo laptop. it runs a special gui, sugar, on top
of a linux stripped down from fedora.
I've struggled with trying to use linux for more years than many folks
were on computers. Finally I have a system that works so I can
fiddle, adjust, and if I"m lucky, not break it, just use it. If this
teaches me enough maybe I can figure out why the one I have in the
living room isn't working, or even bring that to a meeting some time
for tinkering.
I'll be at tomorrow's meeting, sorry, but hey, I'll bring the olpc so
maybe you can stand it for awhile....
Looking forward to meeting our local linux users group! Try to be
patient with me, I only seem stupid because I'm not smart... ~grin~
