Pardon my butting in;

You just need a normal set of ubuntu cds? I can have a set waiting
for you at any of the domino pizza's in the city if that's convenient
for you. Hell, order a pizza, and I'll get them to deliver it with
the cds :p

I might also be able to convince them to make them generally available
for anyone that asks, if there's interest. I'd have to run it past my
boss, but generally they'll go for anything that gets warm bodies in
the stores.
