sasktel or router dropping connections

Hi:

I'm trying to resolve problem a small non-profit is having with their
wireless networking. They use sasktel high speed internet, and a
linksys router. Their wireless connections are frequently dropped, and
the quaility of the wirless signal varies considerably - even when the
computer within a few feet of the router.

I'm assuming they have a faulty router, but I thought I should check
with the "experts" on whether this behaviour could be the result of
something fautly with sasktel's setup. I phoned sasktel support - they
indicated their equipment either works all the time, or it doesn't work
at all.

Any comments?
