You, mean. Impossible.
I've signed up for SaskTel, should be live in a day or so. Shaw is going
bye bye on Saturday. I've got SaskTel at 1/2 price for 6 months, even the
regular price is cheaper than I presently pay Shaw.
For a company that tries to promote it's warm, fuzzy cusomer care mantra,
Shaw really dropped the ball with me. In the past 3 months, they've
raised their prices, missed applying my bill payment last month, blocked
outgoing SMTP which I received no notification of and was not offered the
option of swapping my cable modem when I called their support like. To top
it off, when I was transferred to the billing folks to cancel my service,
they didn't even bother to ask why I wanted to cancel my service. Clearly
it doesn't bother them that long time customers are leaving.
