When they flipped the switch on the Island a couple months ago, they
hit all of our business lines as well. Repeated calls to shaw always
got me a technicians who was clueless.
Me: My mail server is blocked, you accidentally started blocking port 25
Them: You have a business account and docsis, you're not blocked
Me: Then why can I only telnet to port 25 on shawcable servers and no
where else?
Them: What email client are you using?
Me: eeerrrrr
Like Jason, I started relaying all my mail through a server in the US.
After a couple months they fixed it, but never bothered to tell me.
