Real Time Black Hole List

Could anyone please recommend some real time blach hole lists for
blocking spam. I have been using sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org but I am rather
disapointed at the volume of spam that still makes it in.

Maybe there could be a section on the wiki regarding spam solutions. I
would be willing to set that up if there was a couple of responses to
this inquiry.
