I used them for about 2 years, but got frustrated with sporadic
downtime, unanswered tech support, and their abandonment of any usable
email lists. I understand they have improved on several, perhaps all of
those things since. I moved some domains to a different provider who
allowed for more sql db's, phone tech support, and the option to host
multiple domains on one account without added costs. It was a nice
solution at the time when I was doing just slightly more than domain
squatting with a small handful of domains, but shared webhosting is a
moving target. I found going to the forums of a potential web host
provider and reading the complaints to be a helpful exercise. Every one
in existence will have some complaints, but you can learn a lot from
watching what kind of complaints are more common.
