Hmm... try right clicking the menu and select "Edit Menus" (alternately,
run "alacarte") and see if its there but just unchecked (if so check it and
close the menu editing program) because it should be installed on your
system; the program is hp-toolbox and the command in my menu is:
sh -c 'STARTED_FROM_MENU=yes /usr/bin/hp-toolbox'
