I think that before routinely inviting a group of (possibly) non-
students/staff into a room on campus, Facilities Management should be
consulted and rooms should be booked through the correct channels.
There have been incidents in the past where suggestions made on this
list have had fallout from university staff, and I don't want this
thread to become one of those as well.
