Likely the page is blank in Saskatoon because Shaw doesn't want their
customers to get access to the administration and debugging
interface. In other parts of the world, customers must own their own
modem and can use one from whatever manufacturer they want. In that
case, the customer is likely going to be responsible for setting it up.
