I've never had good service from OTV. There are some great guys
there, but at best I've had acceptable service. At times I've had
horrible service.
But I realize I have very high standards when I'm spending my money.
I've never found a computer store in Saskatoon to give great service,
except when Keith was at Compusmart.
I now do all my purchases through CDW. I've also turned several
companies to using them for the vast majority of their purchases. It
could just be my rep, but I never had such a high level of service
last for so many years. Though their website retail price isn't very
good, who pays retail? :-)

The main issue is communication and being organized enough to always
keep it open when you're busy. Dylan's expectation was for a couple
weeks, and they never corrected it to six months.
