I've only had a couple problems with parts going belly up after a few weeks
of use, have had a couple that just wouldn't fire up when I got em home.
I've never had any problems walking in, letting them know what it's doing
(or not doing), and walking out with a new one. And considering that I've
easily spent 3K there in the last couple years alone, I'm not afraid to let
my money do my talking if I get bad service.
How many times have you gotten great service from them in all these years,
that this one is going to cost them you as a customer?
I agree that customer service should be a major factor in where you do your
spending, but I also gauge bad experiences against repeated good service. I
had an inverter die on me (dc fan quit working) this weekend after 3 weeks
of use, was in and out of canadian tire in about 5min with a new one.
