Thank you. That pretty much confirms my planned course of action.
use dd_rescue to copy each of the failed drives to a new drive.
rebuild with --assemble ... --force with only the first three drives.
(drives 3 and 4 failed)
If that completely fails, I can try with 1, 2, and 4.
After that hari-cari is my next option.
gotta go get some drives.
