Hrm... this feature doesn't seem to do a full apt-cache search for me
(taking less than a second to do lookups), and the spec seems to confirm
this (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CommandNotFoundMagic).

In any case, it's the command-not-found package, and a simple uninstall
should be sufficient to stop its activity.
