It is difficult to say with this information.

Many semiconductor devices come in TO-92 packages. This could be as
simple as a diode or as complex as a temperature sensor.

The First two lines more than likely form the part number.
The last line is the manufactured date usually in yymm format. So this
semi was possibly manufactured in 1982.

I don't think motorola makes semiconductors anymore. They were spun off
to ON semiconductors http://onsemi.com A quick search here did not turn
up anything obvious.
