new linux task scheduler proposal

Thought this might be of interest to some here...

Fresh off the press, Ingo Molnar has come up with a totally new proposal
for the linux task scheduler.

For those that haven't been following there has been a small flurry of
scheduler-related activity in the past couple months and this is one of
a number of proposed scheduler replacements. Given the source however
there's a good chance this could get into mainline.

In any case, it will be interesting to see how it turns out.
