Making a server out of a pentium box.

I have an old pentium box that I want to turn into a server, -- without
the need for a keyboard and screen. I can not find any BIOS
setting to turn off the keyboard/screen detection. Hence the box
wouldn't get past the POST test and the box wouldn't boot.

Is there a dongle that can be used or any other way of using just the
serial port as the input/output to the server?
