I was following up on suggestions given on the mailing list for the DTP
s/w in question, where other folks reported success in getting this
32-bit program to work on their 64-bit systems -- though none of them
are using Ubuntu -- and it seemed to have to do with library
dependencies, so this s/w apparently *does* have 'em. What else could be
a show-stopper in such a case?
