Really? Do you know the percentage of CFL compared to incandescent?
I don't, maybe the uptake is still quite limited. I would hope it
would reach 75%.

I can't think of a better way to education people than to give the
bulbs away for free. Then they'll take them home, try them, and
hopefully buy more.

How else would you spend the money to education people? Flyers?
Posters in stores?
