6.04's Kubuntu shipped with a 3.5.x, and the 3.5.6 was the latest in
their minor-version bugfix chain.
For it to be in Edgy and not Dapper seems counterintuitive to me. I
wouldn't expect KDE 4.0, but that's a different animal.
