Resize a postscript file?

I've been doing a ton of googling on this, but can't seem to find an
answer. I must be asking the question wrong.

Is there any way to resize a postscript file to fill a specific page
size? I would think that would be an option in ghostscript, but if it
is, I can't find it. I have a postscript file that is somewhat smaller
than a letter size page, that I would like to fill the page when I print
it. I would rather do it from the command line, but if it has to go
through some gui app, I guess that's okay.
