I don't know about the free WiFi, I've only seen Telus Hot Spot (in
Calgary and Vancouver Airports, Starbucks, etc.) and AT&T WiFi at Seatac
Airport. Both charged, AT&T was a flat rate per day and Telus was per-
minute on an existing cell phone account if you didn't have a monthly billed
Telus account. Either way, there is some billing information to trace back
to a possible real person.
