Thanks for that link Conrad.

Sounds a lot like its based on the old UVic/Ottawa Freenets. I'm a
little disturbed about their expansion plans though. I realize that
that's way far off, but there is a huge difference between free net
access to the down town cores/schools and the residential areas.

Funny too, for all the hub-bub about 'net-neutrality' that this will in
effect be non-neutral.
