Any good repair shop recommendations?

Just to encourage a little counterpoint to the recent horror threads, where is
a decent place to get work done? For example, I have a laptop that needs a new
hinge on one side. The pin seized up and cracked off the mount on the screen
side. I'm certain the part is fairly standard and a little compound could set
the broken side. Is there a reasonable place that does minor jobs like this
for, say, under $50?
