I have no clue about MythTV however, in my opinion the OS/locale settings
should be managing DST adjustments. It goes without saying that MythTV may
choose to deal with the DST crap on it's own. Programmers sometimes like to
make more work for themselves.
I don't think the listing providers would be at fault. They've been known
to mess up with DST starts/ends but usually things are fixed up after a week
or two.
