MythTV time fixups.

        So it's obvious to my that MythTV is not working in terms of GMT.
Saskatoon is GMT-6, but now all my TV shows aren't being recorded
because of that daylight saving time idiocy.... so, how do I tell
MythTV to use a delta of 1 hour on all my recordings, or is there a nice
"work in GMT" patch? Or is it that the folks providing the channel
listings are at fault (again)?
