Why? So you can cry that they're going to be melted down for 30c worth
of metal and plastic?

There doesn't appear to be any provision in the SARCAN/SWEEP recycling
thing for Re-USE. Apparently, they will be recommending people take
their reusable machines to Computers for Kids or Computers for Schools,
but will people who have already driven to Sarcan want the hassle of
then driving across town to somewhere else, only to find out that
they're not open on Saturdays, and finally dumping the computer in the
nearest loraas bin they can find?

I'm all for reduce, reuse, recycle. Don't get me wrong. I'm just upset
with our government's implementation of this program. It seems to be
poorly thought out.
