xcdroast is a package in Admin--->Synaptic for graphical
or
sudo apt-get install xcdroast
run it as root. It won't recognize every cd burner...but if it sees
yours out of the box I would bet you are good to go. You have to create
a folder for burning and open up the permissions. I think
mkdir burn
chmod 666 burn
Though I think I set the folder to global read write and execute...this
may not be necessary.
chmod 777 burn
Then move your iso into burn
mv my.iso /home/burn
If it isn't intuitive for you, I can help you out (on this board)
tomorrow afternoon.
