The difference is, the Blotto box would take out a telephone network as
effectively as peeing on a fire hydrant would knock out a water main ...
unless "souder" and "duck tape" are some sort of amazing telephony
devices/materials I've never hear of.
Execution of the instructions described for the blotto box would be a fine
demonstration of Darwin's concepts.
