Most of my stories are Fantasy, done in places that are at the social
equivalent of the Hellenistic Near East (but the languages are
different), so nobody has more than one name, with possibly a nickname.
What I'm looking or is exotic names. I've already experimented with a
mixture of the Old Egyptian and Basque data sets.
One has to do a lot of sorting out to get things one can use for names,
but a program that would take care of that too would probably be
excessively cumbersome.
Thanks very much for your hints; I'll go back at it during my off-time
(after about 10;00 tonight).
