They have repositories for Breezy, Dapper and Edgy; e.g. for Edgy you would add:

deb http://medibuntu.sos-sts.com/repo/ edgy free non-free

and their new public key is 0C5A2783 (The Medibuntu Team), so:

gpg --keyserver subkeys.pgp.net --recv 0C5A2783 && gpg --export
--armor 0C5A2783 | sudo apt-key add -
