Postfix domain forwarding

Hey, hope somebody can help me with this.

A client recently pointed their domain at my domain server.
Unfortunately, I thought they were just going to point the A record of
the web host to our server. Now I'm recieving email to the server that
should be going to their MX record.

I've made the relevant changes in DNS, so once that propogates, I expect
the problem to disappear, however, in the meantime, there is a lot of
mail coming in that needs to be forwarded to their real mail server.

I have a transport set up but I'm still getting "Relay Access Denied"

Any help would be appreciated, I've hit a wall.
