There is no available wireless spectrum in Alberta to have, so that's one
reason why SaskTel Mobility isn't competing in Alberta. I can't comment
about the other products.

Crown corporations can and do compete. SGI-Canada is now selling insurance
products in Alberta, and has been in Manitoba for some time. It also owns
an insurer (Coachman Insurance) in Ontario and owns another (Insurance
Corporation of Prince Edward Island) that writes across the Maritimes.
