I'm sorry, but I didn't pay for Shaw's infrastructure.

I pay for Sasktels (errr, used to). Hell, Shaw also pays for Sasktels.

There is a fundamental difference between a natural monopoly and a
government mandated monopoly. If you can't tell the difference there
is no point having a discussion about them.

Its obvious there is no competition in SK. The CRTC regulates Telus
too, so why is there competition there with much lower prices? Is the
CRTC punishing SK, or is it more reasonable to assume SaskTel (which
also means the prov gov't) is keeping out competition?
