Not sure how valid it is as the top of the page says it's no longer
maintained. The values they talk about are still part of the postfix
configuration though.

In particular, default_process_limit can be reduced to limit processes.
default_destination_concurrency_limit can be reduced to limit the number
of concurrent connections to the same server.
