Any phones I've seen labelled triband are 2x bands from Europe and 1x
band fron NA frequency bands, not the other way around. It may be
different if you don't go for a Nokia.

It's also worth mentioning that Nokia has 2 designs of charger connector
(a tube and a very small tube for some of their really high-end phones),
while companies like Motorola like to design a new connector every time
(those pricks!).

I also found Motorola's menu system incomprehensible (T280, V600, RAZR)
compared to a Nokia (5560, 6000, N-Gage). The Motorola Ming (A1200) is
a "new breed" running Linux that looks to be easier to use; I'm just not
willing to spend 650$ on a phone :p
