With my Rogers phone I can change the plan when ever I want. Also
calls are local no matter which city you're in (ie when I visit
saskatoon, saskatoon numbers are local charges, etc); don't know if
Sasktel offers that.

Long distance is a rip off though, I just use third party stuff.
