I used the "slash and burn" Install. :-)
In other words, using the disk so thoughtfully supplied by conrad, I
inadvertently wiped my whole drive.
Fortunately, all the stuff on my home and desktop had been previously saved.
There were several things over on the Windows side that I'm lacking, but
in general, I'm completely Windowsless.
