Census: skip validation? :)

Could someone on the list confirm for me that if you go to
http://www50.statcan.ca/census2006/webvalidationprocess/seal-16-ScriptWarning_e.htm?lang=e&page=/statcan/LoginEN.jsp&listener=/statcan/Entrust/EventListener.js&signApp=TRUE
that you can skip the actual App Version validation? :)

I set the User Agent Switcher back to default on that page and it
still let me through to the next page :)
