I think the author has confused America with China.
Like most things that are worth owning, Computers are an American
invention. Look at any modern computer and you will see that the
whole thing is the product of American brilliance.
The first computer was invented in China ... the abbacus.
For example, this rugged IBM laptop I am using was designed and
built by an American company.
IBM laptops were/are built in China.
Hard to tell if it's a parody or not, if so it's not very creative. It's
full of the standard boilerplate drivel that the right with serfs usually
spout. Stuff that can be copied verbatim from thousands of other blogs or
web sites.
