Conrad, are you there?

Okay, I've reinstalled Ubuntu, since my home partition had been so
dreadfully small that it was coming to the pint where I couldn't
download anything.

I now have three partitions, windows, swap, and Everything Else
It looks like this:

However, I am now unable to print. I've installed and uninstalled the
printer twice, with no success.

I think I need your help again.
