No, I wasn't planning on announcing it until there was a confirmed
date and it had been cleared with the staff on campus. Last time
this was mentioned before being discussed with administration I heard
about it very quickly :)

Yes, this is correct, it's in the initial planning stages. No dates
have been confirmed or anything yet though.
