You're still using Linux, no? If you are you're fine. What it sounds
like is a virus like
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.swen.a@mm.html
which is trying to fool you into running the attached file, pretending
to be a MS update.

Its someone else who is infected, not much you can do.
