If you're really stuck I can still get new PCMCIA (not CB) 10BT NICs from
Startech. They're twice as much as a 10/100 CB, but they are available.

Actually, on second look, the 10/100 PCMCIA is about $5 less than the
10BT. (Still more than the CB 10/100)
