Diskless boot PROMs

I have an eprom programmer and have successfully made boot roms in the
past. I think I used "Etherboot". It was some web-form where I chose my
options, and it built the image file for me.

My programmer is very old (I have to turn off turbo on the 386 it is
plugged into.) and will only burn up to (IIRC) 128k eproms.

If you want to experiment, I can certainly dig the stuff out. Maybe it
would be a good SLG meeting topic.
