Yes, plus when there is more than one NAT happening, I start to cringe.
Stuff like IPSec and possibly FTP may break.

If there is a desire to replace a PC with hard drive and fans and mechanical
bits that like to fail with a solid state device, then I'd take advantage of
a second IP address and drop a hub or small switch between the two routers
and the Internet. Simple and effective but nominally more expensive.
